DOMESTIQUE is a Colorado-based revenue operations consulting firm that provides companies with the knowledge and tools to build, grow, and scale. They define revenue operations as the connective tissue that spans the entire customer lifecycle from marketing and sales operations to product, data, and finance.

In road cycling the term “domestique” refers to the riders who works for the benefit of the team, leading the pack and breaking the headwinds to make the journey easier for the rest of the group. The team behind Domestique believes it’s their love of doing the hard, gritty work that sets the foundation for their client’s success.

THE CHALLENGE

When building a company it’s so easy to picture that end goal full of growth and success. The difficult part is knowing how to get there and understanding what deficiencies are standing in your way. Too often great companies fail because they lack a foundation and streamlined operations to sustain them. Domestique provides an honest assessment of where their clients are at, followed by a tactical roadmap guiding them to that goal.

THE CREATIVE SOLUTION

Playing off the concept of a domestique in road cycling (the rider who works for the benefit of the team, leading the pack and breaking the headwinds to make the journey easier for the rest of the group) we created a logo that mimics the handlebars of a bike. It also incorporates a navigational arrow that points up symbolizing growth and forward movement.
